class schedule

GUIDELINES (as of 1/21/21)

  • Please stay home if you do not feel well for any reason.
  • Entrance by appointment only  
  • Make appointment online or by phone during office hours at 805-845-4545 for 1 hour workout (Limit 6 persons per hour)
  • Appointments can be made up to two weeks in advance
  • No group classes at this time
  • Wear mask when first entering
  • Temperature check at arrival
  • Wash your hands at arrival
  • Staff will sign you in.  If after office hours, sign in with your own pen.  Or use sanitized pen on the desk and place in cup after use.
  • Wearing a mask while exercising is not mandatory but highly encouraged
  • ​Bring own mat and towel
  • Practice 6 foot distancing as much as possible. At this point in time a mask is not mandatory if distancing is practiced.
  • Wipe down any equipment, dumb bells, machines, etc. with cleaning product after use.  If during office hours, we will be happy to do it for you.
