GUIDELINES (as of 4/20/21)

  • Reserve workout slot online for up to 1 hour.  Limit of 6 persons per hour.
  • Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
  • If you have trouble reserving online, call 805-845-4545 during office hours for assistance.
  • ​Group classes scheduled to start again in June!
  • ​Bring own mat and towel.
  • Stay home if you do not feel well for any reason.
  • Wear mask when first entering. Temperature check at arrival.
  • Staff will sign you in.  If after office hours, sign in with your own pen.  Or use sanitized pen on the desk and place in cup after use.
  • Practice 6 foot distancing as much as possible.
  • Wipe down any equipment, dumb bells, machines, etc. with cleaning product after use.  If during office hours, we will be happy to do it for you.
