The GTS system works multiple major muscle groups at one time! With the GTS you are using a percentage of your own body’s weight, as resistance simply adjusting the level will change your workout intensity.
You can achieve a great, effective workout in a short amount of time, as you are able to quickly move from one exercise to another, or from one level to the next. Modify workouts for strength, cardio or stretching. The cables provide a smooth motion, which will prevent unwanted stress to your joints.
Introductory Session of 45 Minutes - $35
After session, you are free to use the GTS anytime!

Stretch and Balance
Designed to reduce tension, increase range of motion, help prevent injury and falls, and develop body awareness.
Wednesdays from 10:15am - 11:00am
4 week sessions
Join at any point in the session
$75 for 4 classes $20 drop in
Develop strength, balance, coordination, weight loss and toning. Be prepared to use a variety of equipment to include cardio intervals. This class will keep your body guessing with a new routine each session!
