The GTS system works multiple major muscle groups at one time! With the GTS you are using a percentage of your own body’s weight, as resistance simply adjusting the level will change your workout intensity.
You can achieve a great, effective workout in a short amount of time, as you are able to quickly move from one exercise to another, or from one level to the next. Modify workouts for strength, cardio or stretching. The cables provide a smooth motion, which will prevent unwanted stress to your joints.
Introductory Session of 45 Minutes - $35
(After this session, you are free to
